Tonight I went through once again what every fan goes through when their team stinks it up. I rooted hard for them for most of the game...cheering for every much-needed 3-pointer and yelling at every horrendous choke. Then when I realized it just wasn't gonna happen I started cheering for the enemy. "What a fitting end to a crappy season. I hope they lose." Seemed to make sense at the time, but I only go there to lessen the pain.

It's still fresh. "There's always next year." Lute's back next year...I expect he'll resurrect the program if he can resurrect himself first.

All of a sudden I'm getting strange comments and when you click on its link it sends you to some dangerous spyware site, according to my internet security program. So don't click on those comments that you don't recognize.
Nothing is free of predators anymore. Degeneration is inevitable I guess.

We are closing on the house tomorrow (Thursday) and we have appreciated your prayers. We will take 2 weeks to paint and put down some flooring, then move in on the 16th.

Offer #4. For those of you who have been following, no I didn't miscount and skip from offer #2 to #4...offer #3 was just rejected so fast that I didn't even have time to blog about it. So we continue to invite patience into our stress-defaulted minds and wait for some sucker to take our low-ball offers. The house above was actually one of the very first we looked at, but had ignored because of the price at the time. But now it's 10k lower and in our range, so we threw out our line once again. Just waiting for that tastebud-less fish to take a bite.
